You want your images to tell a story, to transport the viewer into the bird's world. I can teach you the skills to make that happen.

We will be photographing in the golden hours each morning and evening when the birds are most active and to catch the best light. Covering everything from shooting in Manual Mode, Shutter Priority, Aperture Priority, and using Auto ISO, as well as bird behavior, and how to approach them, awareness of background, composition and capturing birds-in-flight.

The indoor classes will cover Lightroom and Photoshop techniques where you will learn about sharpening and noise reduction. Dodging and burning, composition and white balance so you can take your images to the next level and learn to create unique beautiful photographs.

Each day will consist of four hours in the field (two hours in the morning and two hours late afternoon.) There will be three two hour classroom sessions. Classroom session one will be on the first day, session to will be on the third day and session three will be on the last day of the workshop.

It is essential to be familiar with your camera. Knowing where to find and adjust the aperture, shutter speed, and ISO will make your learning prosses much easier. If you need help with this, I am available for one on one classes before you take this workshop. This way, you will get the most out of the workshop.
